Revenue Recovery Engines

Reviews answered. Carts recovered. Invoices paid. None of it by hand.

Automations that bring back the money your business loses silently. We build them, we run them, you approve the payouts.

  • Hospitality - every review replied to, every guest message answered.
  • Ecommerce - abandoned carts followed up, one-time buyers brought back.
  • Fintech - failed payments retried, overdue invoices chased, books reconciled overnight.

Money you are already owed.

Failed payments

Failed payments and lapsed subscriptions, retried until they clear.

Abandoned carts

Checkouts that go quiet, followed up until the buyer comes back.

Billing ops

Invoices and payment ops, reconciled and chased without manual work.

Onboarding

Signups turned into paying, active customers.

What is actually going unanswered?

Four numbers you already know, added up. Nothing here is estimated, projected or weighted: every figure below is your own input rearranged.

We cannot tell you what that costs you. Nobody can, without looking at your actual data, and any tool that prints a figure in euro from six inputs is guessing at exactly the part that matters. Working out the real number is what the audit is for.

See what the audit covers

Rules move the money. Not the AI.

Deterministic rules decide every money action. AI only drafts; it never moves funds on its own. A human approves before anything goes out, and every step leaves an audit trail. Data stays EU-hosted.

The same argument worked through for financial crime: clearing an AML alert backlog without hiring.

See it working.

Two things you can look at, and what each one actually is.

Live

PayPilot

A failed-payment recovery agent, deployed and running. Deterministic rules decide every action that touches money; the model only drafts language, and every decision is recorded with the rule that produced it. Built with a test and evaluation suite in CI.

Revend

Cart recovery for Shopify. It is in Shopify App Store review, which means it is not listed, not approved and not available to install yet. There is nothing to click, and saying so is the point.

Before you book.

How much does this cost?

A paid audit is €175. Building your first recovery engine is €4,000, and white-label partnerships start at €3,600. You get a fixed number before any work begins.

How long until something is running?

Your first engine is live on real data in about four weeks. The audit turns around in days.

Do you replace my team?

No. The engines handle routine, repetitive work and escalate anything complex to a human. Your team is freed for higher-value work, not replaced.

We have no tech team. Can we still do this?

You do not need one. Setup, monitoring and maintenance are ours. The engines run without you touching them, and when something breaks it is our phone that goes off rather than yours.

Still have a question? Send a note. It goes to our inbox and we answer it ourselves.

Your name and email are used to answer your note and nothing else. You are not added to any list. Privacy

You work with the people who build it.

No account managers and no hand-offs. The people who design the engines are the people who build them, ship them and fix them when they break.
